Overview
Facta Ficta. Journal of Theory, Narrative & Media, established in September 2016, is an open access non profit academic journal published by Facta Ficta Research Centre in Kraków. The Journal’s range of scholarship includes critical, literary, cultural, media, and narrative theory, with a particular concern for the transdisciplinary research in the humanities. Facta Ficta publishes thematic as well as special monographic issues, each of them containing scholarly books review sections and interviews with the renowned scholars whose research accomplishments befit the scope of a given journal issue.
All articles published in Facta Ficta Journal are available for free, licenced under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0), and archived in international databases and repositories. There is no printed version of the journal. Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
Submissions to the Journal are welcomed both in English and in Polish.
